TERMS OF TICKET
 

1. The ticket is personal and non-transferable.

2. In case of gaps, ammendments, or a damaged ticket, it will be invalid for travel.


3. The ticket is good for one (01) year. After one-year from the date the ticket was issued, the
buyer will lose the value of the price paid for the ticket. The ticket’s validity depends upon the particular fare. Once expired the buyer does not have the right to a reimbursement, though the ticket could be reused by paying a 10% administrative fee.

4. If the ticket is cancelled 48 hours prior to travel, the buyer will be reimbursed the price of the ticket minus 10% due to administrative fees.

5. Departure and arrival times are not guaranteed. If for any reason the flight departure or arrival times are delayed, the company will not be responsible for losses or damage which these delays or changes may cause the passenger.

6. The passenger should show up 2 hours before the scheduled departure. If the passenger does not make himself present 60 minutes before flight departure, his reservation could be used by another passenger, without any responsibility or obligation from AEROCONDOR.

7. Each passenger has the right to transport the amount of baggage weight allowed by the fare and the aircraft which covers the route. Excess baggage will be allowed only in the case that the plane’s capacity allows it. It should be paid calculating 1% of the annual fare per excess /kilo baggagge, plus the the general sales tax (IGV).

8. The following people and items will not be granted air transport:

• People found in an intoxicated state, either because of alcohol, drugs or other substances.

• People whose physical state or health are not compatible with the trip.

• Weapons, munitions, explosives, inflammable substances or anyother object that could be deemed dangerour for the passengers or the cargo.

• People that transport any of the objects mentioned in the previous parragraph.

• Objects that make the passengers uncomfortable due to their size, weight or other characterisitcs.

• Any complaint about baggage should be logged before leaving the customs section of the airport.

• Aerocondor’s responsibility is limited to its equivalent in the nacional currency, guaranteed by the pertinent insurances or the Warsaw Agreement.

9. The company is not responsable in any case for the passenger’s risk, excpet in the case of the company’s proved negligence .

10. The company is not responsible for the health or the physical state of the passengers that travel in its planes, nor for any accident or problem that could occur to them as a consequence of this condition.

11. If the pilot believes that it is convenient to disembark any passenger at a determinate place, after having begun air travel, the company will only reimburse the passenger for the value of that part of the trip which corresponds to the distance not traveled from the destination specified on the ticket.

12. If the company cancels any air travel or denies admittance to any passenger, its only responsibility will be to reimburse to the buyer the quantity of the ticket paid.

13. The passenger should not include in his luggage valuable articles (money, jewels, etc.), fragile or delicate items: the company is not responsible for paying any indeminizations should these articles be lost or damaged.

14. In the case of a lost ticket, AEROCONDOR is not obligated to reimburse the value of the ticket nor issue a new one.

15. AEROCONDOR will be able to use planes from other aviation firms in order to fulfill the contracted transport agreement.

16. The section of this transport contract related to the responsibilities of the transport company and other relative contract materials are subject to Peruvian law, especially Aeronautical Civil Code N° 27261 and associated rules, which are under the express jurisdiction of the Peruvian courts.

17. The passenger should reconfirm the flight 48 hours prior to departure to ensure that the reservation has not been lost.

18. Tourist Service Conditions:

• Departure times are subject to daily flight schedules at each airport. They are also subject to variation because of weather or air traffic conditions.

• The passengers should check at the counter or at the tourist operations office to confirm tourist flight departure times.
