Notice that once you have check-in, you'll confirm your reservation, and your seat will be reserved. If you are unable to travel, you will be charge a penalty of USD 40.00 plus applicable taxes. For that reason, it is very important that if for whatever reason you are unable to travel, you must cancel your boarding pass here or by calling us to (511)6146014 or (511)5751536 minimum or 6 hours prior to departure.
Remember to print 3 copies of this boarding pass for each passenger (one will be requested on the departure gate and the other could be requested on board).
